Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Wynwood, and Design District, great things happening in these areas.

Downtown Miami just opened its “Whole Foods” store. Bayside Market Place Miami will soon start its facelift, Skyrise Miami has been approved, Miami Worldcenter will soon start construction, and All Aboard Florida Miami Central Station will soon be here! Not to mention the Luxury residential tower One Thousand Museum, units starting at $ 5,000,000. A unique feature is the only building with a heliport!

North of Downtown Miami, Edgewater is located on Biscayne Bay just South of the Design District. This area is now entering its time of growth. Many cranes are in the horizon, luxury developments such as Biscayne Beach, Paraiso Bay, Icon Bay, the Crimson, ION, Bay House, and more. Commercial is also growing in the area with many new furnishing companies and restaurants. Walking distance to Midtown and the Design District is another perk.

The Miami Design District has gone through an impressive renovation. With stores such as Gucci, Prada, Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Rolex, Cartier, and more. Experience fine dining, and shopping all in one.  The Miami Design District is just steps away from Midtown Miami.

Wynwood is another great area that is currently going through major changes. This area is known as the Art District which consists of many art galleries, new restaurants, and the popular Wynwood Brewing Company. Adding to the growth, residential buildings are being developed such as “250 Wynwood”. An eleven unit live/work development. During Art Basel held in December, the artist aficionados fill the streets going in and out the local galleries. Currently, the second saturday of every month is “Wynwood Artwalk”, many locals feature their crafts, while food trucks line up.
